Foghorn Vespers is the name I use when creating music for media. I love atmosphere and texture in music, and a foghorn is a particularly atmospheric sound. Vespers is an evening service, a reflective moment of prayer and praise as the day closes. My music grows out of wonder at the beauty around me, and from prayer to its Source for the healing of the world’s brokenness.

With the advent of digital technology, today’s composers have access to a mind-boggling variety of sounds ranging from the traditional western orchestra to ethnic instruments from around the world. These sounds can also be manipulated digitally, creating stunning digital instruments and effects.
